Hi! I’m Charlie. I am currently a postdoc at Stanford, working with Vedika Khemani.

I did my PhD in Physics (2024) at the University of Colorado Boulder (advised by Rahul Nandkishore), an MAst in Theoretical Physics (2019) at the University of Cambridge, and an AB in Physics (2018) at Princeton.

My current interests are on the intersection of condensed matter physics and error correction, specifically the ways that many-body systems can avoid thermalization by storing information and hiding it from the environment.
